i was wondering if there are webmasters who manages several thousand websites at a time.;:;

This depends on what types of website you have in mind. Having said that it could be possible to manage that many if you have the help of certain plug-ins and you have automated the entire process. But I would say you would have to have a team of people to delegate work to if you really wanted to make a descent income from each website. Having that many sites is overkill to manage yourself and you would find you would tend to not devote as much work to all the sites if they were full blown blogs, etc. How about managing 10 or 50 at once and devoting your time to grow those site into revenue driven websites as even trying to host and manage several thousand websites by yourself would be an impossible task at that level.

webmasters are really great coz they know how to manage time and multi-task at the same time.

Webmasters are great in multi-tasking, I myself am a webmaster too and I usually do a lot to manage several webpages by having an Excel file that keeps me on tabs where I am at with each website and can recall what has been done in the past to analyze each website.
